MEAN WELL Power Supplies

MEAN WELL power supplies for LED lighting — five series: XLG, ELG, LPV, ERPF and SPWM-150, each available in several power and output voltage variants. Choose series, power, voltage and dimming above. Key parameters of each series below are taken from the manufacturer’s datasheets.

XLG series (75–320 W)
✅ Constant power mode LED driver: constant voltage + constant current (CV + CC) output, 12 V and 24 V models
✅ Wide input voltage range 100–305 V AC (142–431 V DC), 47–63 Hz
✅ Metal case with IP67 ingress protection – suitable for indoor and outdoor installations

ELG series (240–300 W)
✅ LED driver with constant voltage + constant current (CV + CC) output: ELG-240-24 – 24 V / 240 W, ELG-300-12A – 12 V / 264 W, ELG-300-24A – 24 V / 300 W
✅ Input voltage 100–305 V AC (142–431 V DC); full power from 200 V AC, derated at 100–180 V AC (ELG-240: 180 W; ELG-300: 224 W / 255 W)
✅ Metal housing rated IP67 (ELG-240 Blank type, ELG-300-12A/24A) – for indoor and outdoor installations
✅ Typical efficiency 91–94 % (ELG-240-24: 92 %, ELG-300-12A: 91 %, ELG-300-24A: 94 %)
✅ Built-in active PFC; PF ≥ 0.95 (ELG-240) / ≥ 0.93 (ELG-300) at 230 V AC
✅ Protections: short circuit, over current, over voltage, over temperature

LPV series (35–100 W)
✅ Constant voltage (CV) power supply, 12 V or 24 V: LPV-35 – 36 W, LPV-60 – 60 W, LPV-100 – 100.8 W (LPV-100-12: 102 W)
✅ Universal AC input 90–264 V AC (127–370 V DC), 47–63 Hz; withstands 300 V AC surge input for 5 s
✅ Fully encapsulated plastic case rated IP67 (indoor use or outdoor use without direct sunlight exposure)
✅ Typical efficiency 83–88 % (depending on model and output voltage)
✅ No PFC – no power factor is specified in the datasheet
✅ Protections: short circuit, overload, over voltage
✅ Working temperature −30…+70 °C (LPV-35: up to +65 °C; LPV-100: from −25 °C), cooling by free air convection
✅ Non-dimmable version; 2-year warranty; per manufacturer not intended for LED lighting luminaire applications in the EU (intended for display, decorative and advertising devices)

ERPF series (400 W)
✅ Single-output constant voltage (CV) power supply: ERPF-400-12 – 12 V / 30 A / 360 W, ERPF-400-24 – 24 V / 16.7 A / 400.8 W; output voltage adjustable ±10 %
✅ Universal AC input 90–264 V AC (127–370 V DC), 47–63 Hz; withstands 300 V AC surge input for 5 s
✅ Metal enclosure designed against rain splash (no IP rating declared), dimensions 220.4 × 130 × 48 mm
✅ Typical efficiency 89 % (12 V) / 90 % (24 V)

SPWM-150 series (150 W, DALI-2)
✅ Constant voltage (CV) LED driver with PWM-style output (3.2 kHz): SPWM-150-24 – 24 V / 6.3 A / 151.2 W (12 V version: 12.5 A / 150 W); voltage adjustable 23–26 V
✅ Input voltage 100–305 V AC (156–410 V DC), 47–63 Hz; DA2/DA2Q versions additionally 176–280 V DC (emergency installations)
✅ Plastic housing, protection class II, slim linear format 340 × 38 × 28.5 mm (no IP rating declared)
✅ Typical efficiency 93 % (24 V) / 92 % (12 V); built-in PFC, PF > 0.95 at 230 V AC
