The Administrator collects and processes the personal data of Users listed below through the Service at www.2k-trade.com and other forms of communication:

– Personal information such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number.

– Information about Users’ activities, such as information about how they navigate our Services and which elements of our Services they use most often, as well as information about their desire to make a request.

– Information about your computer and other devices and connection information, such as IP address, browser type and version, and location.

We collect personal information from the following sources:

– Direct interactions, such as when Users make inquiries about a product.

– Data from third parties, such as information from third-party websites or other information that Users have made available for public viewing, or information provided by third parties, including but not limited to government agencies and data resellers.

– Automated tracking technologies through which we obtain data, such as automatically collected information about your interactions with our Services and websites, through various technologies such as cookies, web logs, web beacons and web tags.

Purpose of Data Collection

The personal data collected is used for the purpose for which it was provided by you; more broadly, it may only be used for statutory and other lawful purposes.

Legal basis

Legitimate processing is one of the basic principles of personal data processing – we process personal data on the following legal bases:

– the processing is necessary for purposes related to our legitimate interests – for example, to improve the quality of our products and services;

– the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject or which is lawful under applicable data protection laws;

Depending on your activities with us and the Service, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:

– Conducting marketing, which means, among other things, recording your consent to receive marketing communications where applicable. This type of processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interests;

– Improving our Services and creating new products, i.e., among other things, inviting Users to participate in surveys. This type of processing is necessary for purposes related to our legitimate interests;

– For other business support purposes, i.e., for, among other things, request management, financial and tax management, risk management and compliance, and reporting to external parties. This type of processing is necessary for purposes of complying with a legal obligation to which we are subject or which is lawful under applicable data protection laws, or for our legitimate interests.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share certain information with recipients internally or with selected third parties in order to provide the best Services and grow our business. In addition, there may be a specific legal or statutory obligation that we believe in good faith requires us to disclose your personal information to outside parties. How long do we keep personal data

The personal data collected will be processed to the extent necessary for us to fulfill our obligations and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the aforementioned data were collected, in accordance with our data retention policy and the applicable data protection legislation. The personal data that the user has consented to the processing of will be stored until the user withdraws their consent.

Rights

Users of the Site have the following rights:

– The right of access: the right to receive information about the personal data of Users that we process.

– Right to correction: the right to request that we correct or supplement the data if it is incorrect or incomplete.

– Right to erasure: the right to request us to erase the personal data of Users to the extent permitted by law. Under certain circumstances, we may not comply with the request, e.g. if the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to perform a contract.

– Right to data portability: the right to request us to directly transfer personal data belonging to you. This applies to certain personal data if it is processed by automated means and with your consent or based on a contract that you have entered into with us. At the request of the User and as far as technically possible, we may transfer the User’s personal data to a third party of the User’s choice.

– Right to restrict processing: the right to request us to restrict or terminate the processing of your personal data held by us for a certain period of time or indefinitely.

– Right to object: the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

– Withdrawal of consent: the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;

We inform you of your right to complain to the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data. In Poland, such authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

The 2k-trade.com website uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored in the user’s browser. The controller of the data collected by means of them is 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowe Sady 2, 94-102 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID PL9472005794, e-mail: contact@2k-trade.com.

On your first visit we display a consent banner (the Complianz tool). By default, only necessary and functional cookies are enabled – those without which the website does not work properly. Statistics cookies and the Google Maps map on the “Contact” page are activated only after you have given your consent. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR), either by using the “Manage consent” button visible in the bottom left-hand corner of every page, which opens the consent banner, or by using the per-category toggles directly below this paragraph. Withdrawing consent stops any further collection of statistical data or, as the case may be, the loading of the map, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal; cookies already stored in your browser can be deleted via the browser settings.

Necessary and functional cookies remember the selected language version and currency, store the contents of your basket or quote request, and record your decision regarding cookies. They do not require consent because they are essential for the operation of the website and for providing the services you request. Their sole provider is 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o.

Statistics cookies are activated only with your consent. They come from Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. They are used to compile visitor statistics and to improve the website. The IP address is anonymised and the data are not shared with Google for its own advertising purposes – this is how we have configured the tool. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. The legal basis is your consent: for storing the cookies in your browser – Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) as transposed into national law (in the UK: Regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended; in Ireland: Regulation 5(3) of S.I. No. 336/2011), and for processing the data – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (UK GDPR for UK users).

A Google Maps map is embedded on the “Contact” page. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map loads only after you have given your consent (the “Marketing” category in the banner); without consent, only a local placeholder image is shown and your browser does not connect to Google. Once you have consented, your browser connects to Google servers (google.com, maps.googleapis.com, maps.gstatic.com), which receive, among other things, your IP address; in our test, Google did not set any cookies of its own in the process. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. The legal basis is your consent, under the same provisions as cited above for statistics cookies; you may withdraw it at any time in the same way. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use marketing pixels, advertising cookies, chat widgets or videos.
